
Returns
All JPL Telecom Headsets and products carry a minimum of a 12 months Warranty.
In
the unlikely event of a fault or issue with a JPL Product, please contact our help
desk directly on 44 (0) 1258 820100 who will be happy to help (Office hours 9am to
5pm Weekdays). When phoning please ask for Customer Services – it is important that
you have the following information to hand (Make , Model of Headset, Date of Purchase,
Proof Of Purchase, Details of reseller).
Once a Returns Number has been obtained from
our customer service department please package any items to be returned along with
any original packaging, manuals, leads (as originally supplied) clearly marking the
outside of the box with the returns number.
We regret that we are unable to process
returns where no proof of purchase is available. We are unable to accept any returns
without a returns number and If the Date/year Tag on the headset has been removed
the warranty will be VOID.
