Returns

All JPL Telecom Headsets carry a minimum of a 12 months Warranty for the Newfonic and Addcom range this is extended to a full 2 years from the time of purchase.

In the unlikely event of a fault or issue with a JPL Product, please contact our help desk directly on 01258 820100 who will be happy to help (Office hours 9am to 5pm Weekdays). When phoning please ask for Customer Services – it is important that you have the following information to hand (Make , Model of Headset, Date of Purchase, Proof Of Purchase, Details of reseller).

Once a Returns Number has been obtained from our customer service department please package any items to be returned along with any original packaging, manuals, leads (as originally supplied) clearly marking the outside of the box with the returns number.

We regret that we are unable to process returns where no proof of purchase is available. We are unable to accept any returns without a returns number and If the Date/year Tag on the headset has been removed the warranty will be VOID.

We aim to repair or replace all returned Headsets with in 48 hours of receipt so the user has a working headset as quickly as possible.
