Longer Life

Because of the modular design of the Element TT3, if a speaker/microphone (boom) or headband breaks out of warranty, you only need to replace half of the headset (one part), which means a longer life for the headset and a cost saving because you do not need to replace the complete headset.

COMPATIBILITY TOOL

Quick Disconnect Connection

All Quick Disconnect (QD) headsets require an additional JPL bottom lead to enable connection to a desk phone.

A QD connection cable allows you to move away from your desk during a call without removing the headset, it also lets you put a call on hold, by simply disconnecting the headset from the QD during a call. It’s an ideal solution for intensive telephone users such as in customer care centres and technical support services.

Element TT3 Microphone Volume Advisory

If you are using an Element TT3 product with a Windows computer, connected via a USB cable, please note the following advice. While using your Element TT3 headset, if the people you are calling find the volume too loud for their comfort, you should check your microphone settings.

You can do this in Windows as follows:

Type into the message box bottom left of the screen ‘Manage Audio Devices’, or select your audio manager in the Control Panel
Click on the option to ‘Manage Audio Devices’
Choose ‘Headset Earphone’
Click on ‘Recording’ in the top tabs
Check ‘Levels’ – if it’s set at 100% then reduce it to 50% or 60%
