Understand your warranty coverage.
Standard 12 & 24 Month Warranty*
Covered Under Warranty
The following defects caused by manufacturing faults are covered under this warranty:
Headsets:
- No inbound sound from any of the speakers.
- No outbound sound from the microphone.
- Crackling sounds in the earpiece with no cosmetic damage to the headset.
- Breakage at a recognised weak point within the headset.
- No signal transmission due to internal wiring faults.
Webcams & Cameras:
- No video output or distorted image due to internal component failure.
- Failure of autofocus or image stabilisation mechanisms.
- Malfunctioning built-in microphone (if applicable).
- Non-responsive buttons or controls (if applicable).
- No signal transmission due to internal wiring faults.
Handheld Push-to-Talk Triggers:
- Failure of the push-to-talk button or switch mechanism.
- No signal transmission due to internal component failure.
- No signal transmission due to internal wiring faults.
Cables & Accessories (Including QD Cables & USB Cables):
- No signal transmission due to internal wiring faults.
- Intermittent connectivity issues due to manufacturing defects.
Not Covered Under Warranty
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
Physical or Cosmetic Damage:
- Any cosmetic break, crack, or damage to plastics, casings, or enclosures, including microphone housings, speaker casings, QD connectors, or headbands.
- Bent, broken, or snapped connectors, ports, or clips due to excessive force.
Misuse, Abuse, or Negligence:
- Any damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, acts of nature, improper storage, or mishandling.
- Liquid damage to any internal circuit or component.
- Exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or other environmental conditions beyond the recommended operating range.
Unauthorised Repairs or Modifications:
- Any attempt to modify, disassemble, or repair the product by unauthorised personnel.
- Removal, tampering, or alteration of the factory-applied warranty label or serial number.
Improper Installation or Maintenance:
- Damage due to improper installation, maintenance, or usage not in accordance with the product manual.
Cables & Accessories Specific Exclusions:
- Cuts, frays, or breakages to cables due to twisting, pulling, or external damage.
- Normal wear and tear, including degradation of connectors over time.
3-Year Limited Warranty
3-Year Warranty includes 2 Years standard no-quibble repair or replacement warranty PLUS a 3rd year cover on the speaker and microphone.

The following are covered by our 3-Year Warranty:
Headsets: JPL-611, JPL-612, JPL-Connect, JPL-HAC, and Element-TT3-AVANT
Video Conferencing: JPL Agora BYOD, JPL Spitfire and Vision Access

LIMITED WARRANTY
Note: Specifically exempt from warranty are limited-life consumable components subject to normal wear and tear, such as microphone windscreens, ear cushions, and other accessories. Your statutory rights under common law are in no way affected by this guarantee.
Consequential and incidental damages, including without limitation, loss of property, and those arising from breach of any express or implied warranty, are not the responsibility of JPL Telecom and to the extent permitted by law, are excluded.
* Repair or replacement is at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Return a Product
In the unlikely event that a failure should occur, please contact the JPL Telecom dealer from which you purchased this product or follow our product returns procedure. You will be given an RMA number and instructions on how to return your headset. You can also log this below and a JPL representative will contact you.
