Designed with user comfort in mind, the JPL-Agent 50 comes with three different sized gel ear cushions, ensuring a personalised fit to suit your ear contour. The soft, over-ear hooks eliminate the pressure and fatigue caused by traditional headsets and the lobe hinge at the bottom of the earpiece provides a comfortable and secure fit.

Quick Disconnect Connection

All Quick Disconnect (QD) headsets require an additional JPL bottom lead to enable connection to a desk phone.

A QD connection cable allows you to move away from your desk during a call without removing the headset, it also lets you put a call on hold, by simply disconnecting the headset from the QD during a call. It’s an ideal solution for intensive telephone users such as in customer care centres and technical support services.
